questions, please ask for clarification.
To the best of my knowledge, this puppy is in good health at the time of
delivery. Buyer has three working days to have the puppy checked by a licensed
veterinarian. Failing to do so will void your two (2) year health guarantee.
If the veterinarian discovers the puppy to be unsound, it can be returned within
the three day period for a refund of the purchase price or replaced with a puppy
of equal or greater value at the breeder’s discretion. This is provided the
puppy is returned with a letter from the examining veterinarian stating in what
respect the puppy is unsound. Absolutely no refunds after the three day
warranty period. Breeder will not replace or refund for any reason but not
limited to allergy, mortality, landlord’s disapproval, family disagreement or
any other problems not related to health. Nor for a puppy’s illness caused by
neglect, exposure to weather, injury, choking, poisoning, etc. No warranty
or guarantee is made to the disposition, life-span, size, color, show
quality, or breeding quality of any puppy. Breeder will not be liable
for any expenses including but not limited to any veterinary bills or other
expenses. Should a licensed veterinarian diagnose the puppy with a life
threatening genetic defect, having been there from birth, the Breeder will
replace the puppy, limited to two (2) years from the date of purchase. No refund
or replacement will be made on a deceased puppy until an autopsy is performed to
determine cause of death. Such an autopsy must be performed by an accredited
institution set up for such procedures such as A & M University. Autopsies
performed by a local veterinarian will not be accepted. All expenses will
be paid by the owner of the pup. The autopsy report will accompany any request
for replacement or refund. Retained testicles and hernias are excluded from
this guarantee. The buyer must contact the breeder immediately upon discovery
of a genetic defect. Any delay in doing so, voids this guarantee. The breeder
at this time has the right to have the puppy examined by his veterinarian.
This guarantee is null and void upon any evidence of abuse or neglect, or if the
buyer fails to complete vaccinations, wormings and puppy checks with a qualified
veterinarian. Proof of said maintenance must be furnished upon request of
breeder. No guarantee is given for any kind of worm, coccidiosis, or giardia.
These parasites are all too common to pups and can be contracted from your soil
or boarding facility. Your puppy has been wormed frequently from two weeks of
age until your possession. It is your responsibility to continue to worm your
puppy and check for parasites. Your pup should be wormed every two weeks until
it is placed on a monthly heartworm preventative (Required). Internal flea
preventatives are not acceptable and voids your guarantee. Advantage is
recommended for flea prevention. No guarantee is given for hypoglycemia (low
blood sugar). This condition is not hereditary and is very preventable. If
you have not been supplied with information on this condition, please ask for
it. This guarantee is non-transferable. Vaccination must be no less than three
weeks apart and no more than four weeks apart for a series of three. Rabies
vaccines cannot be administered before 16 weeks of age. If you allow your
veterinarian to do any of these vaccinations too early, your guarantee is void.
This puppy has been vaccinated for parainflueza, parvovirus, hepatitis,and
distemper on __________________ and wormed on the following
dates:______________________. SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO REGISTER YOUR PUPPY WITH
ANY DOG REGISTRY INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE AMERICAN KENNEL CLUB, YOU MUST
INCLUDE THE SUBTITLE OF "FlyingColors" IN THE NAME OF YOUR DOG OR THIS GUARANTEE
IS VOID. Any claims made will require proof of such registration. AKC
papers, health record, vet records and any other registry papers must accompany
any claims on this guarantee. Any dog that has sired or whelped one or more
pups is no longer covered under this guarantee. Flying Colors goal is to produce
healthy, quality pets only.
Due to the large amount of unscrupulous breeders, we feel it necessary to have a spay/neuter clause in our contract. If you sell a pup on limited registration, the buyer can still take the pup to another registry and have it registered. So the below clause is necessary.
______ If this blank is initialed, the contract is for spay or neuter. Please sign the addendum on this website. The buyer agrees, by initialing the blank, to have the above puppy spayed/neutered by six months of age. Proof of altering will be both a copy of the receipt provided from the veterinarian and a picture of the surgical scar WITH STITCHES, (if your vet uses vet bond superglue, that will not show stitches, thus you are violating the spay/neuter contract). If these conditions are not met, you the buyer will be responsible for paying the additional $800 for a breeder quality Teacup Schnauzer. Also, if proof is not received by the time the pup is 6 months old, you the buyer will receive a bill for the additional charge. It is expected to be paid within 30 days from the time the invoice is received.
Once deposits are taken, 1/2 of the remaining balance is due in 2 weeks, then the final balance is due by the 6th week.
Please note, should any disputes arise from this agreement, the laws of Coldspring, San Jacinto County, Texas will govern said disputes.

UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO THE ABOVE GUARANTEE. Acceptance of puppy or puppies is
